This Acute Midwifery Consultant position offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. As a senior midwife, you will be responsible for leading by example, developing others, and managing services within differing models of maternity care.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver care to women and babies whose needs are complex. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping our service and contributing to the development of our midwives.
The successful candidate will have experience working in an acute setting, be able to evidence Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and hold a current and valid NMC pin. A Band 6 Registered Midwife qualification is essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £39,414 - £55,184 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive Employee Health & Wellbeing Programme and Staff Networks.
