Job Profile

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Band 6 Registered Midwife to join our team as a Midwifery Professional. As a key member of our Maternity Services, you will be responsible for providing safe, clinically effective, and woman-centred care to women and babies across our acute and community settings.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams within the clinical environment to deliver care to women and babies whose needs are complex. This includes working in partnership with GPs, Health Visitors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.

About the Role:

  • Provide safe, clinically effective, and woman-centred care to women and babies across acute and community settings.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams within the clinical environment to deliver care to women and babies whose needs are complex.
  • In partnership with GPs, Health Visitors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid NMC pin.
  • Band 6 Registered Midwife.
  • Evidence of CPD.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Band 6 midwife.
  • Experience working in acute setting.

Salary: £44,606 - £55,760 per annum (inclusive of DPD)

Location: Cross sites, Derby, DE22 3NE
