This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including discounted goods and services, pension, and access to Westfield Health and Westfield Rewards/Discounts. You will also receive life assurance (4x Basic annual salary from the start of employment) and multidimensional wellbeing programmes and family-friendly policies for staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a person-centred support package that is bespoke to suit the needs of each individual accessing the service. This will involve working closely with our staff and partners to deliver high-quality support services to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and delivering a person-centred support package
  • Assisting service users in developing skills required to build resilience and maintain independence
  • Providing support to people with mental health support needs

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Coordinator. As a Service Coordinator, you will be based at our offices in Sheffield and will work closely with our staff and partners to deliver high-quality support services to our clients.

Salary Information
The salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, paid monthly. Please note that this figure is subject to change and may be adjusted based on local market conditions.
