We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Independent Living Coordinator. In this role, you will work with older people who have had recent hospital admissions to support them in maintaining their independence at home.

The successful candidate will be a people person, highly organized, and skilled at practical problem-solving. They will also be passionate about maximizing older people's income and enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment.

As an Independent Living Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will also receive a competitive salary, pension scheme, and 30 days annual leave plus public holidays.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
