About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential care and support to patients in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to patients, including washing and dressing, serving meals, and helping with mobility
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to healthcare staff
- Assisting with health checks, taking blood samples, and processing lab samples
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
- Passing an enhanced background check
- Providing references that cover the last two years
