Education Manager

We are a leading provider of educational services, committed to delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of our students and instructors. As an Education Area Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our instructors within a specific geographical area.
This includes mentoring, coaching, and training them to meet agreed short, mid, and long-term business plans. You will develop and implement a full area annual strategy and action plan to senior management.
The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 per annum, rising to £32,000 after 6 months and passing probation. You must have a clean driving license, be competent in English and Maths, and have 3-5 years of experience in Education or Operations. We provide full training for the role (6 weeks on-site).
