Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our kitchen team. As a Culinary Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in the specified kitchen areas.
- Accountable for maintaining accurate records of food storage, rotation, and disposal
- Provide training and coaching to junior kitchen staff on food preparation and handling
- Contribute to menu development and planning to meet customer demands
- Prepare fresh foods to an exemplary standard on a daily basis
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure efficient use of resources
We require a minimum of 1 year's experience in a kitchen environment, a passion for fresh food, and excellent communication skills. If you have a methodical and calm approach to work, precise planning and organization ability, and can give and receive fair feedback, we would like to hear from you.
