Lead Clinical Team in a Dynamic Mental Health Setting

Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to lead our clinical team at Pinhoe View, a purpose-built facility providing specialized services for adults with acute mental health conditions.

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for the safe and effective clinical and operational functioning of a defined unit, providing support, guidance, and supervision to staff. You will influence work objectives, planning, and organization, and contribute to the development of professional training in a similar environment.

The ideal candidate will have administrative, planning, and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. You will be accountable for the clinical environment and managing clinical services throughout the wards and units.
