Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to manage our accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. The successful candidate will have a background in accounting or administration, with experience in managing high volumes of invoices and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and payment runs in Xero.">
  • Oversee expense claims, company credit card transactions, and fuel card monitoring, ensuring accurate financial records and timely approvals.">
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in admin or accounting, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
