Job Title: Financial Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage finance inbox efficiently, responding to supplier queries with confidence.
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliations across all company accounts.
  • Gather and verify payroll data for submission to our external payroll company.
  • Conduct regular audits on direct debits, standing orders, and general expenditure.
  • Provide insightful reports and analysis of company accounts.
  • Monitor and reconcile utility accounts for company sites.

Requirements:
  • Expertise with Xero: You're highly proficient in using Xero accounting software.
  • Flexibility: You're happy to help with various tasks across the team when needed.

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
