We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a spreadsheet recording all plant movements, dealing with customer enquiries, and sourcing and re-hiring external equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a spreadsheet recording all plant movements.
- Deal with all customer enquiries, raising contracts on Smart Office and quoting valid order numbers and correct rates.
- Source and re-hire external equipment, ensuring best price and quality.
- Liaise with depots to ensure plant is available.
- Prevent invoice queries by ensuring contracts are raised accurately.
- Use Smart Office to locate plant and check correct rates are being used.
- Report errors on rates to Major Account Managers.
- Produce weekly reports for customers showing all plant movements.
- Attend occasional meetings with Major Account Managers.
- Take opportunity to secure additional revenue through add-on sales and converting off-hires into hires.
- Liaise with Major Account Managers and provide updates and performance reports as required.
- Weekly reports to Major Account Managers and customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
