Exciting Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. This role offers a unique chance to work with a highly respected public sector department, providing strategic financial advice and support to department heads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other finance team members to meet departmental objectives and drive business growth.
  • Oversee budget planning and expenditure reviews, ensuring effective financial management.
  • Participate in financial audits and address any discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills to relay financial information to non-financial colleagues, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
