About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Manager to join our team at Propel Finance. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to return customers to or maintain their contracts in performance status.
  • Identify and resolve situations requiring immediate attention, taking a proactive approach to minimising losses.
  • Assess the credibility of customer recovery plans and monitor contract performance against these plans.
  • Engage with customers to discuss issues leading to Business Support classification and develop tailored strategies to address concerns.
  • Liaise with external partners, including solicitors, insolvency practitioners, and receivers, to manage Propel's debt.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in asset finance or B2B lending, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to identify and treat vulnerable customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in recovery or turnaround businesses in a banking or professional services environment is highly desirable.
