Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Professional to join our team at eCapital Commercial Finance UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, communicating with stakeholders, and assisting with the management of Bad Debt Protection.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate data within our main databases, including Dancerace, EBonded, and other spreadsheets.
- Communicate with relationship managers and business development managers in our offices and with external insurers.
- Accurately charge protection and additional services.
- Collate information on overdue invoices and report to our insurers.
- Gather information from various sources to enable management reports to be generated.
- Assist with the reporting of data to our insurers.
- Assist with the management of claims.
- Answer simple queries from colleagues.
- Assist with the preparation of new business enquiries, limits, and pricing.
- Deliver training to new starters on eCapital's systems and processes.
- Deputise for the BDP Manager when required.

Requirements- GCSEs at grade A – C/9-4 in English Language and/or Mathematics.
- Business Studies or ICT at GCSE or higher would be preferred but not essential.
- Any experience of dealing with the public or customers would be preferred.
- Previous experience in the banking or finance industry would be useful but not essential.
- Right to work in the UK, regretfully, we are unable to sponsor visas for this position.
