About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging Art lessons that cater to diverse student needs.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to a collaborative environment with excellent organisational and inter-personal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver Art lessons that meet the needs of students of all abilities.
  • Develop and implement a science of learning approach to improve student outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Degree in Art or a related field.
  • Relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or QTS.
  • Experience with online teaching platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of the Art curriculum and teaching techniques.

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, within the M1-UPS Pay Scale (£35,342 - £45,766).
