Job Title: CTO of Advertising Demand Partnerships

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our demand partnerships efforts as CTO of Advertising Demand Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our CTV ad sales with brands and agency-holding companies, ensuring successful annual revenue goals and long-term growth.

About Amagi:

Amagi is a next-generation media technology company providing cloud broadcast and targeted advertising solutions to broadcast and streaming TV platforms. Our platform enables content owners to launch, distribute, and monetize live, linear channels on Free Ad-supported Streaming TV and video services platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Research and develop Amagi media to top advertising partners across agencies, DSPs, SSPs, and direct buyers.
* Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of sales targets, contacts, and sales opportunities leveraging your brand and agency connections with some cold calling.
* Provide campaign management, optimization, reporting, recaps, and lead upsell opportunities.
* Respond to RFPs, collaborate with the product team on custom solutions, create research and case studies.
* Strategically identify opportunities for account growth through data analysis and demand insights.
* Proactively identify roadblocks that may be preventing successful supply-to-demand flow.
* Conduct in-market meetings, biweekly check-ins, and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with Demand Partnership Leads.
* Help educate clients on Amagi's overall supply landscape and product offerings.
* Build out new demand strategies & Implement demand strategies in collaboration with other business units like Connect, SaaS, etc.
* Create GTM materials for all demand channels partnering with internal product groups to leverage the Amagi suite of products.
* Manage all systems for demand on Salesforce, Cleary, Yukta, and others.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 4 years of experience in the digital advertising, ad tech, and media space.
* Strong Business Development acumen and background.
* Understanding of linear TV migration, digital audience segmentation & data-driven targeting.
* Deep understanding of the programmatic CTV ad tech industry, competitive offerings, understand customer needs, and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to support feature prioritization.

You should be agile and flexible in adapting to change, able to learn from mistakes and failures, and have a proven ability to drive process from plan to close and to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
