As a Senior Publisher Success Manager, you will be the day-to-day contact for a subset of premium publisher partners. You will report to the Head of Publisher Success for our EMEA region and play a pivotal role in retaining Tier 1 and 2 accounts while maximizing their revenue potential.


The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer success and serve as an expert on GumGum's products, publisher tools, and platforms. You will be responsible for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with publisher clients through in-person meetings in and around London. Your industry knowledge will be crucial in helping develop the company's overall publisher development strategy.


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the media industry, digital advertising, and ad tech. You will be required to analyze industry trends with partners, help shape publisher strategy, and resolve account management bottlenecks. A BA/BS in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or equivalent experience is essential, along with 4-6 years of experience in digital media/ad tech.



  • Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 publisher partnerships, including top global websites.
  • Conduct in-person QBRs and meetings with publishers in and around London.
  • Analyze industry trends with partners to help shape publisher strategy.
  • Serve as an expert on GumGum's products, publisher tools, and platforms.
  • Identify and resolve account management bottlenecks.
  • Escalate technical issues to Solutions Engineers as needed.
  • Monitor daily reporting to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Support publisher onboarding with solutions engineering and partner management teams.
