Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer Air Conditioning

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive HVAC maintenance across various sites in Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to heating systems, ensuring compliance with company Health and Safety Policy.
  • Identify and report non-repairable faults in plant and machinery to the HVAC Supervisor.
  • Conduct surveys and complete reports as required by management.
  • Maintain and repair a range of mechanical equipment, including fans, pumps, and compressors.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Commercial Gas/Heating Engineer with experience across multi-sites.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Commercial and Industrial Gas, Building Services/Heat & Ventilation.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Hands-on, can-do, and flexible approach to work.
