Commercial Gas/HVAC Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer with a gas bias to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating systems, as well as some air conditioning and other associated HVAC plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
  • Be the first point of contact for all maintenance requests at your allocated sites.
  • Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, including boilers, fans, pumps, AHUs, and FCUs.
  • Conduct surveys and complete reports as required by management.
  • Work in a mobile role, traveling around the region from home.
  • Have the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Be a hands-on, can-do, and flexible individual with a full driving license.

Hours of work are 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a 1 in 4 standby/call-out rota.
