Job Summary:

PDA Search and Selection Ltd is seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team as an HVAC Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various sites in Lincoln.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PPM and reactive HVAC maintenance, to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and identify potential issues, reporting findings to the HVAC Supervisor.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on a range of mechanical equipment, including fans, pumps, and compressors, to recognized industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the HVAC Supervisor to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with site staff and management.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Commercial Gas/Heating Engineer with experience in multi-site maintenance and repair of heating systems.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Commercial and Industrial Gas, Building Services/Heat & Ventilation.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to maintenance and repair.
