Commercial Gas/HVAC Engineer Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Specialist to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Commercial Gas/HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating systems, as well as some air conditioning and other associated HVAC plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.
  • Be the first line of maintenance throughout your allocated sites.
  • Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, including boilers, fans, pumps, air handling units (AHU's), fan coil units (FCU's), etc.
  • Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Have experience working in a similar mobile role, traveling around the region from home.
  • Be able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Have a hands-on, can-do, and flexible approach to your work.
  • Hold a full driving license, as this is a mobile role.
