Administrative Support Specialist

An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Administrative Assistant based at University Hospital Crosshouse, working 18 hours per week, mainly Monday to Wednesday. The estimated salary for this role is £25-30 per hour, depending on experience.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support within our integrated out-of-hours team. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in a previous secretarial or administrative position with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Previous healthcare experience would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will possess a SVQ3 or HNC in business administration or a relevant subject, or equivalent level of experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual looking to join a dynamic team, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
