Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our CAMHS Team in the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to children and young people with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess and manage complex mental health needs, including risk assessment and management.
- Deliver safe and effective interventions, working closely with children, young people, and their families.
- Provide supervision and support to other team members, promoting a collaborative and multi-disciplinary approach.
- Work autonomously, making decisions and taking ownership of your caseload.

Person Specification:- Registered Mental Health Nurse with V300 Non-Medical Prescriber qualification.
- Additional qualifications in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Psychological Intervention Training.
- Experience of working with children and young people with complex mental health needs, including risk assessment and management.
- Ability to work autonomously, making decisions and taking ownership of your caseload.
