Treasury Administrator Position

We are Agility Resourcing, seeking an experienced and organized individual to manage our treasury operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient internal and external payment processes, handle multiple bank accounts, and work closely with the corporate and commercial banking team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Transaction Coordination: Oversee the preparation and execution of timely transfers, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines.
  2. Security Measures: Implement strategies to prevent internal and external fraud and theft, protecting our company's assets.
  3. Payout Management: Efficiently process tenant commission payments, meeting the requirements of both parties.
  4. Administrative Assistance: Provide support with bank account maintenance, form completion, and other related tasks.
  5. Team Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships with colleagues from the corporate and commercial banking team.
  6. Regulatory Adherence: Comply with regulatory standards by submitting completion statements within the stipulated timeframe.
  7. Additional Tasks: Participate in other activities as needed to support the organization's goals.

  1. Detailed Focus: Display exceptional attention to detail when handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Teamwork and Autonomy: Showcase ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while also demonstrating independence in task completion.
  3. Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Excel and other relevant software tools, utilizing technical skills to enhance team performance.
  4. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Benefits Package:
