Salary Administration Associate

We are seeking a highly organized Salary Administration Associate to support our payroll team at Agility Resoucing.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you will be responsible for supporting the payroll function by processing day-to-day payroll, preparing and administering monthly payroll for your area, complying with contractual and statutory obligations.
Main Responsibilities:- Salary Administration
Check hours on emailed timesheets and enter on a spreadsheet forwarded to First Payroll Services.
Statutory Payment ProcessingProcess statutory payments such as sick pay and parental leave.
Ensuring ComplianceEnsure correct statutory deductions like tax and national insurance are processed through payroll.
Reporting and CommunicationProvide internal reports to Payroll Team Leader and Head of Payroll.
RequirementsYou will need to have a good understanding of Excel and 1 year's experience with payroll. You should also be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
