Litigation Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Litigation Associate to join our team at Michael Page (UK).
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role within our Social Housing Team.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of PQE in social housing litigation and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the law and procedures.
As a Housing Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of social housing tenancy and leasehold disputes, including ASB and housing management matters.
You will work closely with colleagues to provide value-added services such as client helpline calls/emails, legal surgeries, briefing notes, etc.
Additionally, you will manage, supervise, train, coach, and mentor Solicitors, Caseworkers, and Paralegals to facilitate their business objectives and professional development goals.
The ideal candidate will be able to ensure compliance with internal and external business requirements, including ISO:9001 quality control, SRA Principles/Code of Conduct, Court & Tribunal deadlines.
A competitive salary of between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum is offered, along with hybrid working arrangements, a generous holiday allowance of 33 days, including bank holidays, and an extra day off to celebrate your personal special day.
