**Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Financial Development Associate to join our team.**

This exciting opportunity will suit a determined and driven individual who is looking for a developmental position within a finance function of a highly entrepreneurial organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, processing all weekly and monthly wages for the group of companies, and liaising with our Payroll Provider to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.

This role also involves bank reconciliations and requires strong knowledge of SAGE, intermediate Excel skills, as well as a bright and enthusiastic attitude.

Due to the company location, only car drivers will be considered. The estimated salary for this position is £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:***
