Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT/AV Service Delivery Officer to join our team. As a key member of our IT Services department, you will be responsible for delivering a highly professional 2nd line IT/AV support service, leveraging your expertise in IT and AV technologies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to staff and students, resolving complex IT and AV issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide expert guidance on IT and AV technologies, including hardware and software, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness in IT service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in IT service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT/AV support, with a strong background in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools, such as ITIL.
  • Knowledge of IT and AV technologies, including hardware and software, and experience with deployment and maintenance.
