Job Title: Director HR Technology
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of HR Technology to join our Corporate Human Resources team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our Global HR Technology Team, you will partner with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop our most important asset - our Team Members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR Technology Team Leaders to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Participate in the expansion of HR Systems and identify opportunities to connect these systems with regional payroll systems, reducing duplicate data input.
- Interact with regional stakeholders to understand their HR Technology needs, supporting new hotel openings, conversions, and exits from our ecosystem.
- Provide training, change management, and local language support in the region.
- Develop, analyze, and audit reports from our HR systems to ensure local compliance and data accuracy.
- Develop materials and supporting analysis for presentations to Leadership.
- Develop and execute quarterly testing of our HR Systems.
- Work with in-region payroll operations teams to ensure accurate pay to Team Members.
What You Will Own:
- The Global Expansion of our HR and Payroll systems within EMEA.
- Strong experience in HR Systems or related field.
- Proficiency in the use of mass load tools for efficient data loading.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in using Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP (Payroll and/or HR modules).
- Experience in configuring Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP.
- Industry experience in hospitality or a related field.
