- Drive initiatives that enhance the company's culture, promoting values such as inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.
- Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally as Chief People Officer or similar, within the investment and wealth management or a related financial services sector.
- Strong expertise in talent management, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and drive a positive workplace culture.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices, with a proven ability to ensure compliance and implement effective HR solutions.
