Job Summary

Aftersales Manager - Service Department Lead

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our Service Department and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Service Advisers, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of Service Advisers to deliver profitable customer-focused service.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to a wide range of customers by identifying, meeting, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and control sales activity, reviewing performance with individuals and agreeing on actions required to improve sales.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business, maximizing productivity and meeting income targets.
  • Resource Allocation: Balance the complexities of resource allocation, including parts and labor, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer service indices and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven history of team leadership and management.
  • Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aftersales Manager in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
