Your Role as Executive Culinary Leader

We seek an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next challenge. As a natural leader with a passion for producing quality food in a welcoming environment, you will:

  • Champion excellent service through quality food.
  • Demonstrate leadership and team development skills.
  • Be an active, hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills.
  • Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Apply great planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls on GP and labor.
  • Drive sales and growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
