Job Title: Team Coordinator working from home

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow. As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing operations across the Data Improvement and GIS teams, ensuring that projects are conducted within agreed standards, processes, and principles to enable timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Programme Manager in ensuring all client specifications and quality requirements are met within given timeframes on a project specific basis.
  • Interface between the Programme Manager and RMSI project leads.
  • Support project governance and work in line with agreed project process flows to allow timely authorization of project stage gates for planned work packages.
  • Assist in the management of SLAs and KPIs across all teams.
  • Lead on encouraging a culture of continual improvement to enhance project efficiencies and deliver value to contract.
  • Enhance project team capability through training and development.
  • Communicate company and departmental policies and procedures to the team.
  • Maintain morale and teamwork, motivating assigned staff to carry out duties.
  • Maintain key cross business working relationship with project stakeholders through meeting attendance and forums.

Requirements:

  • Extensive leadership skills, having previously worked in a team management role before.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, having stakeholder relationship experience.
  • Proficient in the MS office suite.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of data analytics methodologies and tools and be able to make decisions based on data analysis.
  • Be comfortable with collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Have an ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations and have experience in implementing quality improvement methodologies.
  • Organization, time management, problem solving and attention to detail will come naturally to the right candidate.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the energy sector.
  • Experienced using GIS software, Power BI and asset management platforms such as SAP.
