Position Overview:
CRG is in search of a skilled and driven Environmental Sustainability Lead to become part of their team. The Environmental Sustainability Lead will take charge of formulating, executing, and overseeing sustainability programs across their office refurbishment initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sustainability practices relevant to the construction field and a fervent commitment to fostering environmental stewardship.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustainability Strategy Development: Design and implement thorough sustainability strategies for office refurbishment projects that align with corporate objectives and industry benchmarks.
  • Compliance with Environmental Standards: Guarantee that all projects adhere to local, state, and federal environmental regulations as well as industry standards.
  • Resource Optimization: Enhance the utilization of resources, including energy, water, and materials, to minimize waste and lessen the environmental impact of projects.
  • Sustainable Design Integration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to embed sustainable design principles into refurbishment projects.
  • Green Certification Pursuit: Seek relevant green building certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM) for office refurbishment projects and ensure compliance with all criteria.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to advocate for sustainability practices and ensure their incorporation into all facets of project planning and execution.
