**Job Description:** As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at beBee Professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial success of our construction projects in the City of Westminster, United Kingdom.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing cost estimation, procurement, and contract negotiation, as well as conducting cost analysis and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Manage project cash flows and budgets to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations and legislation.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project targets are met.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
  • Full UK driving license.
Salary and Benefits:

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus benefits.
