About this Opportunity

This role involves working closely with our sales teams across the UK to elevate business development deliverables, improve win rates, increase revenue, manage client retention strategies, and positively differentiate Integral from competitors.

  • You will be responsible for accurate Labour Loading of asset information and ensuring commercial governance processes are adhered to.
  • Site visits and surveys will also be undertaken, as well as liaison and engagement with supply chain partners and subcontractors where applicable.
  • A comprehensive understanding of commercial tendering processes and associated activities is required.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills are necessary, along with the ability to review data and create bespoke solutions.
  • A flexible and proactive individual who can work under their own initiative with high energy, assertiveness, and creativity is ideal.
  • The ability to manage numerous projects concurrently and possess strong Microsoft Excel skills are also essential.
