Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and SEN, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. This will involve managing challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive, and consistent manner.

In addition, you will prepare resources for lessons to enhance learning experiences, supervise pupils during break and lunchtime as required, and engage actively with pupils to form positive rapport and encourage their learning.
