Due to explosive growth, we now need a highly ambitious Retrofit Compliance Manager who can support the Retrofit team in delivering the best-in-class, end-to-end Retrofit service for our clients, ensuring 100% compliance to PAS 2030 standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Converting newly assigned leads into projects and recording these on our cloud-based software.
  • Managing the team inbox, including updating projects and customer communications.
  • Actioning and assigning incoming communications from our customers using Zendesk software.
  • Liaising with customers via telephone and email.
  • Advising customers of any projects that are blocked, and chasing/updating any missing information required.
  • Assisting the Retrofit team in delivering end-to-end services to the highest level of quality under agreed client SLA's.
