Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Skybridge Recruitment Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR areas, including employment law, HR best practice, and payroll adjustments.
  • Coach and develop managers on their management accountability, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and restructuring teams.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases, and provide support to managers on employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement training plans to cover all skills and competences required within the organization.
  • Deliver workshops and training to line managers as needed.
  • Support the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms.
  • Provide first-line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 certification or equivalent.
  • Proactive, resilient, and enthusiastic with a strong background in HR and Learning & Development.
  • Ideal experience in working in a stand-alone generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in delivering training and workshops to a diverse and multicultural team.
  • Experience and practical knowledge of working in a forward-thinking HR function.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a 'Can Do' approach, a curious mindset, and a resilient attitude.
  • Confident, outgoing, and highly organized, with drive, initiative, and enthusiasm.
