HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering HR services that align with our core values and priorities.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational HR leadership to drive the delivery of our HR Strategy. This will involve building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders, influencing management teams to adopt best practice HR in support of business plans and objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to large-scale change projects across the organization
  • Facilitating key HR areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Assisting in building talent pipelines and driving resourcing plans within the business area(s)
  • Working with management teams to define and develop organizational talent, addressing performance proactively
  • Offering up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates, developing policies in line with current legislation, and staying abreast of HR best practices and workplace trends
  • Strategizing case management to effectively manage risk for the group
  • Advising on complex Employee Relations matters and interpreting people data and analytics to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Acting as the HR contact point for a wide range of HR activities, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, and performance management

Requirements for the role include:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in HR
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
  • Relevant and demonstrable HR experience in large complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of current HR issues and trends, with evidence of Continuing Professional Development
  • Experience in a business partner model, creating positive business outcomes with local managers
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with flexibility in approach
  • Attention to detail and experience using data to inform decision-making
  • Commercial insight with the ability to manage and identify risks
