Portfolio Services Analyst - Trade Support

Join the William Blake Group team as a Portfolio Services Analyst - Trade Support, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of trades and maintaining effective communication with external dealing desks and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform trade support activities, including trade monitoring, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Complete oversight checks on outsourced activities to maintain service delivery standards.
  • Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, issues, and incidents.
  • Perform ongoing due diligence on outsourced dealing providers, including broker management.
  • Manage issues and incidents, including root cause analysis and remedial actions.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Participate in project and change activity, including fund change, client take on, and transition activity.
  • Ensure knowledge and training of portfolio services activities are shared regularly.
  • Upskill in areas where required and share knowledge with the broader team.
  • Provide daily support to Operations teams and other departments in resolving issues and requests.
  • Have a strong understanding of the relevant regulatory environment and trade lifecycle.
  • Be proficient in trade support systems and financial software.
