Key Responsibilities:
- Lead underwriting performance reviews, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement portfolio actions to drive profitable growth and remediate underperforming classes.
- Present findings to the Planning and Performance Review Steering Group, influencing strategic decisions.
- Enhance data quality and segmental insight through partnerships with AIG counterparts and external data sources.
- Produce high-quality reports and MI for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong analytical background.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality MI and reporting.
- Strong pricing, data modeling, and analysis skills, with expertise in SQL and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Maths, Science, Economics, or Engineering degree, with a strong numeric competence.
