Deeside Timberframe Ltd: Timber Frame Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Timber Frame Contracts Manager to join our team in Northwest England. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery and erection of timber-frame projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations, working closely with our Group HSQE resource.
  • Project Programming: Develop and implement project schedules, providing regular updates and monitoring progress.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of site supervisors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors on site, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of build and erect procedures, contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Requirements:

  • Health and Safety: Demonstrable experience and knowledge of health and safety legislation.
  • Timber Frame Experience: Excellent knowledge of timber-frame construction methods and supervisory experience within timber-frame construction.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership qualities, with the ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Programming and Planning: Experience with programming and planning tools, such as Asta Powerproject, is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS: Site Management Safety Training Scheme certification.
  • Lifting Operations: Appointed Person: Lifting Operations certification is preferred.
