About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Timber Frame Construction Specialist to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing timber frame superstructures in line with our business plan and adhering to our group's health and safety policy, values, culture, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install timber frame structures in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Work closely with our construction team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with our design team to ensure that timber frame designs meet our quality and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.
- Contribute to the development of our construction processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in timber frame construction or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
