We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Hillcroft House. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and hygiene for residents
- Support with general care and wellbeing
- Work as part of a close-knit care team to deliver person-centred care
- Develop strong relationships with residents and their families
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
