">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Leisure Activity Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging leisure activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

">Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging leisure activities, including exercise classes, musical performances, and outings, tailored to meet the needs and preferences of our residents.">
- Work collaboratively with our care home staff to ensure seamless delivery of activities and maintain high standards of care.">
- Support and encourage our residents to participate in activities, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.">
- Organise birthday surprises and special events to enhance the overall resident experience.">
- Maintain accurate records of activities, events, and resident engagement, ensuring timely updates and reports.">
- Liaise with external partners and local community groups to source engaging activities and resources.">
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner duties as required, supporting our catering team to provide excellent meal experiences.">
- Update paperwork, care plans, and activity notes, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.">
- Contribute to the upkeep of our social media channels, sharing engaging content and showcasing resident stories.">
