Role Overview
As a Clinical Care Lead at Bupa, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and make sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation
Qualifications and Experience
- As a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. This includes observation, medication, reviewing, and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
- Previous experience working in a care home is desirable
- You have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
- You are confident offering clinical guidance for care teams, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks
- You enjoy building connections with residents and their family, giving them the kindness and support and care they deserve
