We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at Chilton Meadows Care Home, located in Stowmarket. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

About the Role:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

What You'll Need:

  • A passion for delivering person-centred care and making a positive impact on residents' lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
