Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Thera East. As a valued member of our inclusive team, you will be supporting adults with a learning disability in their daily lives. Your role will involve helping individuals develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, and empowering them to live the lives they choose.
You will be part of a unique and innovative team led by people with a learning disability, who are passionate about promoting the inclusion of people with a learning disability in society. Our vision is to create a society where people with a learning disability can be leaders and have equal opportunities.
