About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Transport Nurse to join our team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Paediatric and Neonatal Decision Support and Retrieval Service (PaNDR), you will be responsible for providing direct clinical care to infants requiring emergency and elective transfer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality patient care to infants requiring transport
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective delivery of the service
  • Developing and delivering outreach learning to service users across the region
  • Participating in governance processes to improve service quality and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • First-level registration with the NMC
  • Neonatal Critical Care qualification
  • Teaching/mentorship qualification
  • Neonatal Life Support Course
  • Safeguarding level 3
